Refunds<\/h3>\n

Refunds are not available once a session,package, programme, class, or event has begun.<\/p>\n

For online purchases, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. If your programme, class, or event has not yet started, you may request a full refund within this time.<\/p>\n

However, if you choose to begin the service within this 14-day period (for example, by attending a session or accessing any materials), you agree to waive your right to cancel, and refunds will no longer be available.<\/p>\n

In some cases, your place may be transferable to a future offering, depending on availability.<\/p>\n

Rescheduling<\/h3>\n

If you need to reschedule a 1:1 session, a minimum of 24 hours\u2019 notice is required.<\/p>\n

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours\u2019 notice will be charged in full.<\/p>\n

Online classes are non-refundable, but you will receive teh class recording afterwards.<\/p>\n

Programmes & Payment Plans<\/h3>\n

Programmes are designed as a committed process, and refunds are not available once the programme has started.<\/p>\n

If a payment plan has been agreed, payments remain due in full even if you choose not to continue.<\/p>\n

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
