Six years ago, I attended my first retreat. I wasn’t searching for it, but it ended up being exactly what I needed—and I didn’t even realise it at the time. That experience changed how I viewed healing, self-growth, and what it means to connect with yourself in a meaningful way. It was the first time I had stepped into a space purely dedicated to looking inwards and healing, something that medicine or conventional health approaches alone couldn’t provide. In that retreat, I experienced healing from the inside out, and yes, many tear in an environment created to support that journey. What made it even more powerful was being surrounded by others on a similar path with the same intention.
Since then, retreats have become a core part of my personal growth and healing. I make it a point to attend at least one longer retreat a year because I know the transformation I’ll experience is unlike anything else. The growth I achieve, the depth of self-connection, and the relationships I build with others in that shared space are invaluable. It’s not just about following a schedule or attending workshops; it’s about the energy, the bonds that form with the teachers and fellow participants, and the time spent looking inward.
That’s why Jules and I decided to create our own retreats. A space behond rest and self-care. We wanted to offer others the same opportunity for deep transformation and healing. Our retreats are about creating an environment where people can grow at their own pace, with the energy they’re ready to embrace. Whether it’s a one-day retreat or a longer one, we design these experiences to be a space for reflection, growth, and connection.
While a one-day retreat may feel like a brief escape, it’s often just the beginning. It’s a taster, a glimpse of what’s possible in a longer retreat, like a three- or four-day experience—or even a week abroad. We plan these immersive retreats because we believe in the power of giving yourself the time and space to heal, reflect, and grow.
If you’ve never attended a retreat before, I encourage you to take that first step. Whether it’s our upcoming one-day retreat or a longer experience, the space we create is designed for your journey inward—to heal, to connect, and to grow.
