A slow, trauma-informed somatic movement class designed to support nervous system regulation, safety, and embodied presence — especially for those living with chronic pain, chronic illness, fatigue, or ongoing stress.
This is a low-energy, accessible online space where you’re invited to move gently, rest when needed, and listen to your body without pressure to fix or change anything.

This approach blends, neurosciences of pain & symptoms, somatic healing, nervous system regulation and trauma & emotional regulation – backed by mind-body medicine and my personal recovery from fibromyalgia, anxiety and over 20 other persisiting health symptoms.
About Sara Santos
Nine years ago, a fibromyalgia diagnosis set me on a transformative journey into the world of mind and body healing. Facing challenges became opportunities as I embraced yoga, somatics and mindfulness to navigate through physical and emotional pain. As I delved deeper, my passion grew, leading me to guide others towards healing and wellness.
Walking this path from pain to wellness, I’ve become more than just a practitioner; I am living proof of the mind-body healing power. With diverse training, from yoga teaching to Chronic Pain Coaching and CBT tools, I blend professional knowledge with personal experience to support others to flourish in life.

Mind-Body Coaching
Based on the amazing work of Dr. Sarno, Dr. Alan Gordon and Dr. Howard Schubiner, I am certified coach and educate clients on the mindbody dimension behind chronic pain and symptoms. I teach them pain reprocessing exercises and other brain rewiring techniques based on Pain Neuroscience research and Nervous System regulation. With this blended approach you will be able to heal from chronic pain and symptoms.
Yoga & Somatic Movement
Join me in personalized yoga sessions or group yoga classes and themed workshops that harmonize body, mind and spirit. Yoga and Somatic practices will improve greater physical strength and ease, emotional balance, and inner alignment.
Mindfulness
You can learn mindfulness through 1-2-1 tailored sessions or group courses and masterclasses. I teach Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, which builds upon the principles of cognitive therapy and ancient Buddhist philosophy and meditation. This practice fosters a greater sense of clarity, emotional regulation, and resilience in the face of challenging situations.
Reiki
By using Usui Reiki Healing I’ll help you to bring deep relaxation and wellbeing by balancing and harmonising all aspects of a person; mind, body, emotions and spirit.

My mission is rooted in both personal experience and professional insight. I strive to support and empower others on their path to wellness, addressing both physical pain and emotional challenges,flourishing in life.
With a wealth of expertise and personal experience, I became a pillar of hope and support for those navigating the complex landscape of chronic pain, chronic symptoms and life difficulties. My mission is to guide clients on a safe and inclusive healing journey from the inside out, with tailored holistic science-based practices.
I firmly believe everyone has the innate potential to find joy and balance, and I’m dedicated to illuminating that path, blending modern science with age-old wisdom, aiming not just to heal, but to empower individuals to truly thrive and flourish in life.
