Join me Onine for a 75-minute journey designed to nurture your body, mind, and heart.
In this class, we will begin with gentle, mindful movement paired with heart-centered meditation to create a sense of presence and connection. From there, we’ll transition into somatic movement and somatic release practices to help you let go of tension and deeply attune to your body. The session concludes with restorative yoga to encourage deep relaxation and renewal.
To integrate your experience, we’ll spend the final 5–10 minutes reflecting and exploring optional journaling prompts. This is a space for grounding, healing, and connecting with yourself on a deeper level. Perfect for anyone seeking balance, restoration, and mindful release.

Somatic Nervous System Reset
Did you know your nervous system is wired for survival? Like all mammals, our bodies instinctively react to danger to protect us. Unfortunately, chronic stress, trauma, unresolved emotions or personality traits can be interpreted as perceived treats and this can leave us stuck in survival mode — either in hypervigilance (fight or flight), freeze or fawn. This imbalance can manifest as anxiety, fatigue, depression, or even physical symptoms.
💡 The good news? Although you can’t control the stressors surrounding you, you can regulate your “stress” response! Through somatic experiencing, vagus nerve techniques and mind-body practices, we can understand and regulate our nervous system to restore balance and resilience.
🌀 In this 4-session course, you’ll:
1️ Learn about your nervous system and stress responses (fight/flight/freeze/fawn) and their impact on health.
2️ Map and Understand your unique nervous system patterns.
3️Practice tailored somatic tools and vagus nerve practices to regulate and build resilience.
4️ Integrate these techniques into your daily life with ongoing support.
