Online Events
Online sessions allow you to experience somatic practices and mind-body healing tools from the comfort of your home. These classes are designed to help regulate the nervous system, build resilience, and support recovery from chronic stress and chronic symptoms.
Somatic & Embodiment Class
A gentle, guided session combining somatic movement, breath, and body awareness to help release tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with the body.
10-Month Somatic Embodiment Healing Community
A supportive online community for people recovering from chronic pain and mind–body symptoms. This 10-month journey combines education, somatic practices, and coaching within a safe community space to explore the deeper root causes of symptoms and support lasting change.

A course available both online and in person. These sessions explore the science of stress, chronic pain, and biology of trauma while teaching practical tools for nervous system regulation and mind–body healing.
In-person Workshops & Retreats

These spaces combine science-informed education with embodied practices that help you reconnect with your body and restore balance.
Workshop de Libertação Somática e Miofascial
One of my signature workshops exploring the connection between stress and trauma, the nervous system, and the body’s connective tissue (fascia). Through somatic awareness and simple myofascial release techniques, you will learn practical tools to release tension, improve mobility, and support nervous system regulation.

Retreats & Special Events
I also contribute to day retreats and immersive wellbeing experiences designed for deep rest, reflection, and reconnection with yourself and nature.
Some of these retreats take place at Enwild Retreat, a nature and wellness retreat space located at Willowbrook Farm in Oxfordshire. Enwild offers carefully curated retreats that blend evidence-informed wellbeing practices with time in nature, creating a supportive environment to slow down, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself.
During selected retreats I offer trauma-informed somatic sessions, classes, and workshops focused on nervous system regulation and mind–body healing. Participants are invited to step away from daily pressures, spend time in the peaceful Oxfordshire countryside, and experience practices such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, and nature immersion. These retreats provide a gentle and supportive space for rest, learning, and deeper personal reflection.
