SOMATIC EMBODIMENT COMMUNITY
A 10-month guided container for trauma-informed, embodied healing. Healing beyond symptoms, into real change
This space is for you if you understand the mind-body connection, but still feel stuck in how to actually live it. It is a place where you are supported to create real change in your nervous system, your patterns, and your life, with guidance, structure, and community.
SOFT START BEGINS JULY 2026
OFFICIAL CONTAINER BEGINS SEPTEMBER 2026
You already understand… but something isn’t shifting
At some point in this work, most people reach a stage where they understand what is happening in their body. They understand mind-body symptoms and the neuroscience of it, they have learned about the context behind their nervous system dysregulation, and they may already be using tools or practices.
But something still does not shift in the way they expected.
This is not because you are doing anything wrong. It is because understanding something is very different from living it.
The question that naturally follows is: how do I actually apply this in my life, in a way that creates real change and long lasting healing?
This is where many people feel stuck, overwhelmed, or alone in the process – I was one of them a few years ago.
this work often feels incomplete
Many mind-body recovery approaches focus heavily on understanding symptoms, building awareness, creating safety adn reducing fear, expressing emotions through journaling, and learning how the brain works. While these are important, they often miss a key piece, the role of the body.
Without involving the body, it is difficult to see where threat is still being perceived, how this links to unmet needs or past experiences, and how protective patterns and behaviours that once kept you safe may now be reinforcing a state of hypervigilance, and keeping symptoms alive.
The body carries unconscious responses, emotional imprints, and survival patterns that cannot simply be changed through thinking or insight.
This is why trauma-informed, somatic work is essential.
This work is influenced by the understanding that the body holds and expresses what has not yet been processed, as explored in the work of Bessel van der Kolk, alongside Gabor Maté e Peter Levine. Their work highlights that healing requires working with the nervous system, not against it.
However, even with this understanding, many people are left without clear support on how to apply this safely and consistently in their own lives.
a Mind – Body – Biology aPPROACH
This work brings together three essential layers of healing, because lasting change does not happen in just one.
MIND
We work with mind-body medicine and pain reprocessing approaches to help you understand how the brain creates and maintains symptoms, how perceived threat develops, and how patterns of fear and protection keep the cycle going.
BODY
We focus on the nervous system and on building capacity through direct experience. This includes trauma-informed somatic work, where you learn to create safety in your body, work with emotional responses, and meet yourself with more compassion for long lasting healing.
BIOLOGY
We also look at how your biology may be impacting your healing, and how your nervous system is impacting your body. This includes understanding the effects of chronic stress and trauma to make supportive choices that help your system move towards safety.
A 10-month space to create real change
The Somatic Embodiment Community is a 10-month container designed to support this work in a way that is structured, but not overwhelming.
It is not a quick fix, and it is not another programme to complete. It is a space you return to each month, where you are supported in building capacity in your nervous system and applying this work in your own life.
Healing takes time, and the nervous system changes through small, repeated experiences of safety, not through pressure or urgency. This container is designed to support that process.
A gentle beginning: the soft start (July & August)
Before the official journey begins, you are invited into a soft start period during July and August.
A gentle way to begin the work, without pressure or intensity, over the summer.
During this time, you will have access to:
– the monthly somatic embodiment class
– a curated resource each month to support your understanding and practice
– one group call to connect, ask questions, and begin building a sense of safety and community.
This phase is optional, and you are welcome to join the container at any point until the end of August.
For many, this becomes a meaningful way to ease into the work, connect with others, and begin building trust with the process.
How the journey unfolds
This journey follows a natural progression, allowing your nervous system to build capacity over time.
The official 10-month journey begins in September 2026, following the optional soft start in July and August.
MONTHS 1-3: Foundations & undestanding
We focus on mind-body symptoms, reducing fear, and helping you make sense of your experience. This creates the foundation for safety and change.
Months 4–8: Somatic and emotional healing
We move into deeper, trauma-informed somatic work. This includes working with emotional patterns, triggers, and stored responses in the body, with guidance and support so you are not navigating this alone.
Months 9–10: Integration and expansion
We focus on applying this work into your life. This includes aligning your choices with your values, building trust in yourself, and creating a life that feels safer and more authentic.
What supports you each month
You will receive:
- A masterclass to guide the theme of the month

You don’t have to do this alone
This work can feel very isolating and frustrating when done on your own. I’ve been in that place myself!
Many of the patterns we are working with were shaped in relationship, often in environments where we did not feel fully safe, seen, or understood. Being in a space where you are supported, understood, and not the only one going through this can make a significant difference in how your nervous system responds and changes.
THIS SPACE IS FOR YOU IF…
- You experience chronic pain, chronic symptoms, or stress-related illness
- You have been living in survival mode for a long time
- You understand mind-body work but feel stuck applying it
- You feel overwhelmed trying to do everything “right”
- You have been doing this work alone and want support
- You are looking for a more embodied, compassionate way to heal
Start with a conversation
This is a guided space, and it is important that it feels right for both of us.
If this resonates with you, the next step is to join the waiting list. From there, I will reach out to arrange a clarity call, where we can explore whether this is the right support for you.
