Healing from chronic stress, trauma and persistent physical symptoms often requires more than a single tool or approach.

My work integrates mind-body medicine, somatic healing, nervous system regulation and biology to support people in understanding their symptoms and addressing the deeper patterns that may be driving them.

Whether you are seeking personalised support, a structured learning journey or a community space for healing, there are different ways we can work together depending on your needs and the level of guidance you are looking for.

MIND-BODY & SOMATIC COACHING

Personalised support for those wanting to understand and address mind-body symptoms, nervous system dysregulation and the deeper patterns that may be driving persistent symptoms.

Many people I work with have spent years searching for answers to symptoms such as chronic pain, fatigue, digestive issues or anxiety, often feeling confused when medical tests show little explanation.

Through mind-body education, somatic practices and compassionate coaching, we explore how stress, trauma and protective nervous system responses can influence physical symptoms.

This work focuses on addressing the root patterns behind symptoms rather than simply managing them, supporting the nervous system in restoring regulation, resilience and trust in the body.

There are two main ways to engage in this work:

One-2-One Coaching 

Individual coaching offers personalised guidance for those wanting to explore their symptoms more deeply and address the root patterns that may be driving persistent mind-body symptoms.

This work usually takes place through personalised coaching packages, allowing space for meaningful exploration and gradual nervous system change rather than quick symptom fixes.

Our work embodies a Mind–Body–Biology approach, integrating:

• mind-body education and neuroscience
• trauma-informed somatic nervous system practices & emotional regulation
• an understanding of the biological impact of chronic stress and trauma

Together we explore how stress, emotional patterns and nervous system responses influence your symptoms, while building practical tools for regulation, resilience and healing.

This approach supports deep and sustainable change, helping the body move out of protective patterns and restore greater balance in life and health.

Somatic Embodiment Community

A supportive 10-month group container, limited to a small circle of participants, designed for people wanting to engage in deeper mind-body and somatic healing work within a safe and compassionate community.

This space combines education, somatic practices and group support to help participants gently regulate the nervous system and rewire patterns without overwhelm.

Inside the community you will receive:

• a monthly Somatic Embodiment Movement class
• a monthly teaching session or masterclass exploring key themes in mind-body healing
• a monthly Q&A integration session for reflection and questions
• curated resources to support nervous system regulation and mind-body rewiring
• a small group environment that encourages co-regulation, connection, support and safety.

Working within community allows people to experience healing not only individually, but also through shared learning, relational safety and connection with others on a similar path.

The next cohort aims to start in the Spring – Date TBC.

SOMATIC LEADERSHIP COACHING

For high-achieving professionals, entrepreneurs and purpose-driven leaders who want to create success without sacrificing their wellbeing and relashionships.

Many people operating in leadership roles (personally and professionally) being highly driven, sensitive and deeply committed to their work. Over time, patterns such as perfectionism, over-responsibility and chronic stress can place a heavy burden on the nervous system and eventually lead to burnout, fatigue or physical symptoms.

Somatic Leadership Coaching integrates nervous system awareness, emotional regulation and values-based reflection to support a more sustainable and aligned way of leading and living.

Together we explore how your nervous system patterns influence the way you work, relate and make decisions, while building the capacity to lead from greater clarity, presence and resilience.

This work supports a shift from leading through tension, pressure and survival patterns, often shaped by fear, past experiences and protective behaviours, toward leading from a place of regulation, expansion and alignment.

As your nervous system becomes more regulated, it becomes possible to lead your life, your work and your relationships with greater:

• clarity and grounded decision-making
• emotional intelligence and relational depth
• creativity, presence and authenticity
• connection with purpose and meaning

This work can support you to:

• recognise and shift patterns of burnout and overdrive
• regulate stress and maintain sustainable energy
• reconnect with purpose, creativity and personal values
• develop emotional resilience and embodied leadership

It can also be a powerful next step for individuals who have recovered from mind-body symptoms and are now exploring how to rebuild their lives in alignment with fulfilment, purpose and freedom.

Ioga e somática

Gentle, nervous system-aware practices designed to support regulation, body awareness and reconnection with the body.

This work brings together yoga, mindfulness and somatic movement, each offering a different pathway into nervous system regulation and embodied awareness.

Yoga sessions are approached in a slow, compassionate and non-performance-based way, integrating breath, mindful movement and awareness to support grounding and connection with the body.

Alongside this, práticas de movimento somático offer a more exploratory and intuitive approach, focusing on sensing the body from within and supporting the nervous system to shift out of patterns of tension and protection.

Through these practices, participants learn to:

• listen to and understand their body’s signals
• release patterns of tension and holding
• develop interoceptive awareness (the ability to sense the body)
• support nervous system regulation and emotional integration

This work can be particularly supportive for people experiencing:

• chronic stress or burnout
• nervous system dysregulation
• fatigue or persistent physical symptoms
• difficulty slowing down or reconnecting with the body

Sessions are offered through monthly Somatic Embodiment Movement classes, workshops and retreats, creating spaces where people can reconnect with their body in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment.

I also offer bespoke workshops and programmes for organisations seeking to support staff wellbeing, nervous system regulation, mind-body symptoms education and sustainable performance.

While these are the main ways to work with me, each person’s journey is unique. Depending on your needs, our work may also integrate complementary approaches such as:

These approaches are integrated as part of coaching, classes or workshops rather than offered as standalone treatments.
