About Sara Santos
Nine years ago, a fibromyalgia diagnosis set me on a transformative journey into the world of mind and body healing. Facing challenges became opportunities as I embraced yoga, somatics and mindfulness to navigate through physical and emotional pain. As I delved deeper, my passion grew, leading me to guide others towards healing and wellness.
Walking this path from pain to wellness, I’ve become more than just a practitioner; I am living proof of the mind-body healing power. With diverse training, from yoga teaching to Chronic Pain Coaching and CBT tools, I blend professional knowledge with personal experience to support others to flourish in life.
My Services
Chronic Pain & Symptoms Coaching
Based on the amazing work of Dr. Sarno, Dr. Alan Gordon and Dr. Howard Schubiner, I am certified coach and educate clients on the mindbody dimension behind chronic pain and symptoms. I teach them pain reprocessing exercises and other brain rewiring techniques based on Pain Neuroscience research and Nervous System regulation. With this blended approach you will be able to heal from chronic pain and symptoms.
Integrative Mind-Body Practiccioner
As an integrative wellness coach I will tailor all the services I provide to help you to achieve your wellness goals. Amongst, Using Dr. David Burns’ methods in CBT-T.E.A.M. along with Mind-Body principles and nervous system regulations, we’ll work together to reshape your beliefs and thought patterns, improve your body and mind connection and emotional regulation.
Yoga & Somatics
Join me in personalized yoga sessions or group yoga classes and themed workshops that harmonize body, mind and spirit. Yoga and Somatic practices will improve greater physical strength and ease, emotional balance, and inner alignment.
Mindfulness
You can learn mindfulness through 1-2-1 tailored sessions or group courses and masterclasses. I teach Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, which builds upon the principles of cognitive therapy and ancient Buddhist philosophy and meditation. This practice fosters a greater sense of clarity, emotional regulation, and resilience in the face of challenging situations.
Reiki
By using Usui Reiki Healing I’ll help you to bring deep relaxation and wellbeing by balancing and harmonising all aspects of a person; mind, body, emotions and spirit.
Myofascial Release Teaching
Using specific balls and props I will instruct you on an integrated self-myofascial release session, releasing physical and mental tension, enhancing recovery, revitalizing your movement and fostering holistic wellness. We can work together 1-2-1 or you can join one of my on demand Yoga & Myofascial Release Workshops. Myofascial Release can also be integrated with Energy Healing for greatest emotional healing.

My mission is to guide clients on a safe and inclusive healing journey from the inside out, with tailored holistic science-based practices.
I firmly believe everyone has the innate potential to find joy and balance, and I’m dedicated to illuminating that path, blending modern science with age-old wisdom, aiming not just to heal, but to empower individuals to truly thrive and flourish in life.
Along this healing journey, I aim to inspire and support clients to connect with their bodies and emotions, fostering acceptance, letting go of physical and emotional pain, and enhancing overall mental and physical health.

My approach blends psychosomatics, neuroscience, empathy based cognitive behaviour therapy, nervous system regulation, tailored mindfulness for mind-body syndrome (TMS) and somatic practices.
You can heal with one to one work, where this programme will be tailored to your own needs. You are not alone in the journey of pain and you can also work in a group setting through this programme.
