A powerful, hands-on workshop that bridges science and embodiment to support your physical health, emotional wellbeing, and recovery from chronic stress, chronic symptoms and illness.

In this immersive experience, you’ll explore the healing power of somatic awareness and myofascial release techniques to regulate your nervous system, relieve tension, and foster deeper body connection.

This unique session blends evidence-informed education with embodied practices, offering tools you can take home and use in everyday life. Through a combination of somatic awareness practices, vagus nerve stimulation, self-myofascial release and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra, you’ll learn how to release stored tension, increase mobility, and promote calm and healing from within.

  • How somatic practices improve interoception (inner body awareness), creating safety and ease in the body
  • The role of the nervous system in stress, chronic pain, fatigue, and emotional regulation
  • How stress relates to fascia, and how fascia (connective tissue) impacts physical tension and nervous system resilience

This 4-week somatic course is a deep, experiential dive into your nervous system, designed to help you:

  • Understand how chronic stress, trauma, personality traits and high cortisol,  affect your body and mind

  • Recognise the root causes of chronic symptoms, emotional overwhelm, and flare-ups of illness

  • Use your body as a tool for healing, regulation, and resilience.

Through gentle, evidence-based somatic practices and vagus nerve exercises, you’ll learn how to bring your body back to balance—supporting symptom recovery and long-term well-being.

What You’ll Learn

Over 6 weeks (4 sessions + integration weeks), you’ll explore:

  • The autonomic nervous system: Fight-flight, Freeze, Shutdown and Fawn 

  • The role of the vagus nerve in stress regulation, emotional well-being, and physical health

  • Why chronic symptoms persist and how nervous system dysregulation is often the missing link

  • How to gradually build safety, capacity, and resilience in your body without rushing the healing process

  • Practical somatic tools to that leads to recover of anxiety, fatigue, chronic pain, burnout, depression, flare-ups and improve emotional regulation.
